WellTrack Boost
WellTrack Boost is a clinically-supported, self-guided digital toolkit designed to help individuals improve their mental health and well-being. Built on evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques, WellTrack Boost offers users a flexible, mobile-friendly experience with on-demand tools for managing issues like anxiety, depression, and stress.
The app empowers individuals to assess their mental health, track their progress, and receive personalized recommendations to enhance their wellness. Boost also features self-guided courses, digital tools for self-regulation, and wellness assessments to guide users toward the right care.

- Does WellTrack Boost cost anything? No, it is provided for free by BYU CAPS.
- Will WellTrack Boost take the place of regular therapy or treatment? No, you can be in therapy or seeking other types of counseling and still use WellTrack Boost. You can use WellTrack Boost as a self-help without any further interaction with CAPS. However, if you report moderate to high levels of distress, you will be encouraged to seek therapy.
- How much time does it take? You can use WellTrack Boost at your own pace. Activities and courses are designed to be flexible, so you can spend a few minutes or longer sessions depending on what fits your schedule.
- What can I hope to gain from WellTrack Boost? You’ll learn to manage anxiety, depression, and stress while building resilience. The app offers personalized tools and recommendations based on proven therapies to support your mental well-being.
- Why should I try WellTrack Boost instead of something else? 1) It's free! 2) It's been shown to work. 3) Because even if you seek counseling, you still have 167 other hours during the week to help yourself get better!
- What happens if I stop using the system? If you stop using it, you may miss ongoing benefits, but you can always return and continue where you left off. The app is designed to support you whenever you’re ready to engage again.
