Make an Appointment

We offer two types of appointments in Biofeedback services: Basic Stress Coaching and Individual Sessions.

A Basic Stress Coaching Appointment may serve up to 3 students per hour. Please arrive and check-in at the front desk no later than 10 minutes after the hour. This type of appointment may include:

  • Psychoeducation on stress and the mind-body connection
  • Basic breathing skills for stress management
  • Learning available resources we offer both in Biofeedback services and online

An Individual Session may include:

  • Assessment of mind and body stress factors
  • Measurement of body tension to reveal physical and emotional stress levels
  • Training to help anxiety, depression, eating issues, addictions, and other stress management concerns
  • Support for severe muscle tension, medical and sleep issues
  • Determining Optimal Breaths-per-Minute
  • Making individualized recordings: Self-Hypnosis, Performance Rehearsal
