  • Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling - Sam Houston State University, Texas

Previous Work Experience:

After completing my master’s degree, I worked for a private practice in Texas, as well as for the Houston Family Services office before moving to Utah in 2022. My husband and I served as senior missionaries (very young senior missionaries 😊) in Argentina for 18 months in 2023-2024. My mission assignment was to serve as an Area Mental Health Advisor and I provided counseling services to missionaries serving in the South America South Area (Chili, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay). I loved working closely with young missionaries and their devoted mission leaders. I started working for CCRT at CAPS in 2025.

Personal Interests

In my clinical work, I am passionate about advocating for the needs of BYU’s neurodiverse students. In my personal time I enjoy outdoor recreation, traveling, gardening, and caring for my small backyard chicken flock. I love spending time with my family which now includes two darling granddaughters.
