Slow your eating down to 1⁄4 the speed of your normal habit. Pay attention to:

  1. How the food feels in your mouth
  2. How your mouth reacts
  3. How the different flavors play across your senses
  4. The sounds that your eating makes
  5. Emotions you experience
  6. Urges you get to chew and swallow and eat more
  7. Anything else you're experiencing!
