In addition, CAPS has a weekly seminar that can help you gain skills to deal with some common concerns. It meets Thursdays from 2-3pm in WSC 1572; topics are as follows:

Lastly, for students who feel they are in crisis and need immediate help (1500 WSC), CAPS will still have walk-in crisis hours from 10am-4pm .
